  3. Keep it wherever works for you: another room, another floor, at work, in the car, with a friend. You choose how far away the end of a session is.

Why a code on paper?

A focus session is easy to end when the off switch is in your hand. Link this code to a profile in Tenki, and the only way to end the session is to scan the paper. Wherever you keep it, ending becomes a decision, not a reflex.
