Datenschutzerklärung für Tenki

1. Kurzfassung

Tenki sammelt keine personenbezogenen Daten. Die App hat kein Benutzerkonto, keine Werbung, kein Tracking und keine Analyse-Werkzeuge. Sie baut von sich aus keine Verbindung zu unseren oder fremden Servern auf; nur um Testphase und Kauf zu prüfen, fragt sie über Apples App-Store-Schnittstelle bei Apple nach (siehe Abschnitt 9). Alles, was du in der App anlegst, bleibt auf deinem Gerät.

3. Welche Daten die App auf deinem Gerät speichert

Damit die App funktioniert, speichert sie folgende Daten ausschließlich lokal auf deinem iPhone (in der App und in einem gemeinsamen Speicherbereich der App mit ihren Erweiterungen, z. B. Widget und Sperrbildschirm):

  • deine Profile (Name, Einstellungen, Zeitpläne, Pausenregeln)
  • deine Fokus-Sitzungen (Beginn, Ende, Dauer) für Statistiken und Kalender
  • deine Auswahl blockierter Apps, Kategorien und Webseiten
  • Kennungen von NFC-Tags oder QR-Codes, die du einem Profil zuweist
  • Darstellungseinstellungen (z. B. Farbschema)
  • den Stand deiner Testphase und deines Kaufs (z. B. seit wann die kostenlose Woche läuft)

Wir haben auf diese Daten keinen Zugriff. Sie werden nicht an uns oder Dritte übertragen. Wenn du die App löschst, werden sie vollständig entfernt. Ist auf deinem Gerät ein iCloud- oder Computer-Backup aktiv, können diese Daten Teil deines Geräte-Backups bei Apple bzw. auf deinem Computer sein. Das richtet sich nach deinen Geräteeinstellungen und den Datenschutzbestimmungen von Apple.

4. Bildschirmzeit (Screen Time / Family Controls)

Zum Blockieren nutzt die App Apples Bildschirmzeit-Schnittstelle. Du wählst die zu blockierenden Apps und Webseiten in einem Auswahlfenster von Apple. Die App erhält dabei nur verschlüsselte Platzhalter (Tokens), nicht die Namen der Apps oder Webseiten, und sie erfährt nicht, wie du dein Gerät sonst nutzt. Die Berechtigung kannst du jederzeit in den iOS-Einstellungen unter „Bildschirmzeit“ widerrufen.

5. Kamera

Die Kamera wird nur verwendet, wenn du selbst einen QR-Code oder Barcode scannst, um eine Sitzung zu starten oder zu beenden. Bilder werden weder gespeichert noch übertragen.

6. NFC

NFC wird nur verwendet, wenn du selbst einen NFC-Tag scannst oder beschreibst. Gelesen bzw. geschrieben wird nur der Link, der das Profil kennzeichnet.

7. Mitteilungen, Widgets, Live-Aktivitäten, Kurzbefehle

Mitteilungen, Widgets, Live-Aktivitäten und Kurzbefehle werden lokal auf deinem Gerät erzeugt. Dabei werden keine Daten an uns übertragen.

8. Datenexport

Du kannst deine Sitzungsdaten als CSV-Datei exportieren. Der Export wird nur auf deine Anweisung erstellt und nur dorthin gegeben, wohin du ihn selbst speicherst oder teilst.

9. App Store, Kauf und Bewertungen

Kauf, Download, Zahlungsabwicklung und App-Bewertungen laufen über Apple. Dafür gilt die Datenschutzerklärung von Apple: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/. Für die kostenlose Testphase und den Kauf der Vollversion nutzt die App Apples Kaufschnittstelle (StoreKit): Sie fragt bei Apple ab, ob und wann du die Testphase gestartet, Tenki gekauft oder geladen hast, und speichert das Ergebnis nur lokal auf deinem Gerät. Wir erhalten von Apple nur zusammengefasste, nicht personenbezogene Verkaufs- und Absturzstatistiken. Absturzberichte erhalten wir nur, wenn du dem Teilen mit App-Entwicklern in den iOS-Einstellungen zugestimmt hast.

10. Webseite

Beim Aufruf von gettenki.com verarbeitet unser Hosting-Anbieter goneo Internet GmbH, Minden technisch notwendige Daten (z. B. IP-Adresse, Zeitpunkt, aufgerufene Seite) in Server-Logdateien, um die Seite auszuliefern und die Sicherheit zu gewährleisten (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Wir setzen auf der Webseite keine Cookies und keine Analyse-Werkzeuge ein.

11. Deine Rechte

Du hast nach der DSGVO das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch sowie das Recht, dich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde zu beschweren. Da die App selbst keine Daten an uns überträgt, liegen uns aus der App-Nutzung in der Regel keine Daten über dich vor. Für Anfragen schreib an support@gettenki.com.

12. Kinder

Die App richtet sich nicht gezielt an Kinder und erhebt auch von Kindern keine Daten.

13. Änderungen

Wenn sich die App so ändert, dass Daten anders verarbeitet werden, passen wir diese Erklärung an und ändern das Datum oben.

Privacy Policy for Tenki (English translation)

1. Summary

Tenki does not collect any personal data. The app has no user account, no ads, no tracking and no analytics tools. It does not, on its own, connect to our servers or to anyone else's; only to check your free trial and purchase does it ask Apple, through Apple's App Store interface (see section 9). Everything you create in the app stays on your device.

3. What the app stores on your device

To work, the app stores the following data only locally on your iPhone (in the app and in a storage area the app shares with its extensions, such as the widget and the Lock Screen):

  • your profiles (name, settings, schedules, break rules)
  • your focus sessions (start, end, duration), for statistics and the calendar
  • your selection of blocked apps, categories and websites
  • identifiers of NFC tags or QR codes you assign to a profile
  • appearance settings (for example the colour scheme)
  • the status of your free trial and your purchase (for example when your free week started)

We have no access to this data. It is not transmitted to us or to third parties. When you delete the app, it is removed completely. If an iCloud or computer backup is active on your device, this data may be part of your device backup with Apple or on your computer. That depends on your device settings and on Apple's privacy policy.

4. Screen Time (Family Controls)

To block apps, the app uses Apple's Screen Time interface. You choose the apps and websites to block in a picker provided by Apple. The app only receives encrypted placeholders (tokens), not the names of the apps or websites, and it learns nothing about how you otherwise use your device. You can revoke the permission at any time in iOS Settings under "Screen Time".

5. Camera

The camera is only used when you scan a QR code or barcode yourself to start or end a session. Images are neither stored nor transmitted.

6. NFC

NFC is only used when you scan or write an NFC tag yourself. Only the link that identifies the profile is read or written.

7. Notifications, widgets, Live Activities, Shortcuts

Notifications, widgets, Live Activities and Shortcuts are generated locally on your device. No data is transmitted to us in the process.

8. Data export

You can export your session data as a CSV file. The export is only created when you ask for it, and it only goes where you save or share it yourself.

9. App Store, purchase and reviews

Purchase, download, payment processing and app reviews are handled by Apple. Apple's privacy policy applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/. For the free trial and the purchase of the full version, the app uses Apple's purchase interface (StoreKit): it asks Apple whether and when you started the trial, bought Tenki or downloaded it, and stores the result only locally on your device. From Apple we only receive aggregated, non-personal sales and crash statistics. We only receive crash reports if you have agreed to share them with app developers in iOS Settings.

10. Website

When you visit gettenki.com, our hosting provider goneo Internet GmbH, Minden, processes technically necessary data (for example IP address, time, page requested) in server log files, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We use no cookies and no analytics tools on the website.

11. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Because the app itself does not transmit any data to us, we generally hold no data about you from your use of the app. For requests, write to support@gettenki.com.

12. Children

The app is not specifically directed at children and collects no data from children either.

13. Changes

If the app changes in a way that processes data differently, we will update this policy and change the date at the top.
